This position supports the Dispatch department in a fast-paced, non-emergency medical transportation company. The Assistant Dispatcher is customer service oriented as you will be responsible for direct communication with clients and providers. The main focus of this job is to be the primary contact for those who are ready for their rides, schedule rides for our clients, and help our dispatchers run our fleet smoothly. Currently looking for those who speak both Spanish and English. Genesee Transportation is a non-emergency medical transportation business. We provide transportation for our clients in and out of hospitals, to dialysis and healthcare appointments. Please submit a resume with a brief description of your past experience.
